Chris Wilhoite, the founder of Littleton Couples Counseling, says, “Every conversation with every client and colleague has elements to learn from. As I grow and find strengths in myself I model positive growth for others. I strive to be open-minded when working with clients and colleagues while holding them accountable to their own frameworks of authenticity. I have a belief in people and their ability to become the person, couple, and family that they desire to be. Sometimes this will be the first time they have ever had someone believe in them. When I lost my husband to cancer in 2006, I made a commitment to myself that I would do all that was in my power to help couples build healthy relationships. I believe that healthy couples and families create healthy communities.”
Education and Training
Chris received her Masters of Science in Psychology from California Southern University and wrote her thesis on the role of body image and sexual shame in women’s sexual dysfunction. She holds a certificate in drug and alcohol dependence. Chris is EMDR trained and EFT trained and is a sensitive, sex-positive sex therapist. She is Gottman trained for couples counseling. She completed her second year of post-graduate training at Denver Family Institute. Chris integrates multiple modalities to fit her clients’ needs.
Just like a carpenter and their toolbox, Littleton Couples Counseling utilizes many different modalities from an attachment-based perspective including Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems, Gottman, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Mindfulness-based therapy (MBCT) and tailors therapy to achieve the goals our clients desire. Not every tool works for every client, and our expertise in Experiential Therapy and Family and Marital Therapy combined with play therapy, narrative therapy, relational therapy and person-centered therapy allows us to craft a unique solution as individual as you are.

Chris Wilhoite believes in couples. When she lost her husband to cancer in 2006, she promised herself she would do everything in her power to allow couples the opportunity to stay together and build a stronger relationships. Couples are made of individuals, and individuals have different needs. Chris is an extensively trained couples counselor, Certified Psychosexual Therapist with the International Association of Psychosexual Therapists, an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor in training. She presented her thesis, The role of body image and sexual shame in women’s sexual dysfunction, at the 2024 IAPST International Conference on Sex Therapy.
Tommy Underhill TTCD, ASDI, ASDCS

As a person with AuDHD, Tommy gets it. He specializes in working with adults and executives with ADHD and autism. His training in neurophysiological approaches for social, relational, and sexual issues provides the framework for coaching people across the country. Tommy oversees the long-term and strategic management for Creative Continuum Counseling. His entrepreneurship and small business management and operations spans more than 30 years. He is a Founding member of the International Association of Psychosexual Therapists and Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Psychosexual Therapy. Tommy presented his research on What every mental health professional needs to know about sex and autism at the 2024 IAPST International Conference on Sex Therapy.

Chelsea Speegle is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) who specializes in pelvic health with a particular interest in helping pregnant and postpartum moms as well as men’s health. She works primarily at Activcore in Littleton, Colorado which is located inside the Women’s Health Care Associates OBGYN clinic.
Zachary Ripp MD OB/Gyn

Dr. Ripp offers a patient-centric and educational approach to care. He creates an open, comfortable space where his patients feel free to discuss their feelings and health issues and feel supported. He advocates for people with vulvas and facilitates care based on their choices and needs.
